Orchard Third Grade Spooky Stories

Once upon a time there was a family of three. Lilly, Mom, and Dad. Mom went for a hunt in the forest. She fell down in a hole. She’s been gone for four days. Dad went out to hunt for food while looking for Mom. He heard a noise. Dad went to check on what the noise was. He tripped over a log and fell in the hole. He was scared. There was a scary monster that lived in the hole that he fell into.
    That night, Lilly went looking for Dad. She found him in the hole. The monster found Lilly getting Dad out of the trap. There were bones on the floor in the hole and Mom was in a room where she had fainted. The monster through Lilly in the room with Mom.

    The monster went to find food. Mom woke up and they got out of the room and got Dad out of the hole. There was a stick that they stepped on and it made a noise. The monster found them and she took them back their cottage and went inside and ran upstairs. The monster found them and they were never seen again.

Once in a big forest a little girl named Milly and a boy named Max lived on a farm. One night, they heard a noise on their farm. They were so shocked! Max said he was going to see what it was, but he never came back.
Three days later, his dad had gone to look for him. After two days, their dad came back. That night he was gone, but he never came back. Milly did not have a mom so Milly was all alone. She was close to the cemetery on a farm in the forest…
Milly went to the cemetery to see if her family was there. When she got there, she found a big ghost and her family. Molly screamed “OH NO!!” and then she was eaten.

    One day, Pumpkin, Boo, and Candy Corn were playing tag. They heard a cary noise. They thought it was just the cat. The noise happened again. It was even scarier!
    When Pumpkin, Boo, and Candy Corn went to see where the noise came from, the witch told them she did it on purpose. She knew that they didn’t like her. They hate her because she is so scary.
    The old witch took the kids into her house. It is so ugly! Now they have to spend the whole rest of their lives there forever.

    Once upon a time, a girl named Penny was playing outside and touched something she wasn’t supposed to. Her mom called her in for supper and after supper she went to bed. In bed, Penny hears something. She yelled for her mom. Her mom comes and sees nothing and goes back to bed. Penny hears it again and hides under her covers.
    The next, Penny goes out to play in the corner. They the next thing she knew, a pumpkin, zombie, ghost, and cat come and trap her.
    Penny screams! Mom comes and there is nothing there. Penny screamed because she was scared. Her mom came and Penny was not to be found. Mom cried that night. Penny came as a ghost and tells her mom that she is loved and is okay. Penny’s mom was happy to hear that Penny was fine, but she was still sad that she can’t figure out what happened to Penny.

    In a dark, scary forest a girl was on a hike. She heard an old guy yell for help. It was coming from the shed. She stopped to see what was wrong.
    When she walked in the shed she was flabbergasted to see what she saw! There was an old man buried in a deep hole. When she saw him, she screamed because the guy told her to look behind her. She was too terrified to turn around. The guy who buried the old man put her in the hole with the old man. She cried and cried for her mom.
    The old man and the girl end up in the cemetery with dust surrounding them. A scream comes from the cemetery. Everyone in town went to find where it came from. There was no one there.

    One day, a girl and man were in the forest. They were going on a hike. While they were hiking they found an egg. When they got home they boiled the egg.
    When they boiled it, a bad soul started haunting them. Then a bear owl came out of nowhere and ate the girl. The man bought three big cages to trap the bear owl. He put them together.
    One night, the bear owl, tranaconda, and chacoon teamed up. They got caught and the man went into the cages because he heard the bell on them ring. He saw nothing. then , snap! He was never seen again.

    Once upon a time, an old lady was in the garden. She stayed outside until it got dark. Then she went inside. She started to make supper. She ate gumbo for supper.
    That same night, I was buying a lot of op at the store. Suddenly, i heard an old lady’s voice. She was screaming. I ran to the old lady’s house to check on her. She was gone!
    I was afraid! I walked around the house. I saw Mr. Williams, the plumber. He was there to fix the toilet. He scared the old lady because she forgot he was coming. The old lady was fine.

    Once there was a man and woman in side watching tv. There were red eyes looking through the window. The eyes never blinked.
    Suddenly, the eyes disappeared. The man got up and looked outside. There was nothing. There was red stuff on the ground in a path.
    The man got up to go get the woman. The woman and man went and followed the path. Then the path stopped and they saw the red eyes again. They ran to the house and nobody saw them again.

    Once upon a time, Mark, Kyle, and Ashley were sleeping in a forest. They heard a noise and fainted. They got up and went outside at 3 am. They saw something with red eyes, big feet, and it was 10 feet tall.
    The monster attacked everyone. Kyle, Mark, and Ashley were gone. Then they saw a woman hanging on a branch. The woman said to go to a tent. Then, Kyle found out what the monster’s name was. It was Bigfoot, but people called him Yeti. Kyle saw Bigfoot standing in front of the tent that the woman said to go to. Ashley and Mark were laying still on the ground. Next, Kyle ran back to the house in the forest that they slept in. He grabbed some spy supplies and tried to break into the tent. He got into the tent and grabbed the other two and ran back to the house.He healed Mark and Ashley. The Bigfoot saw they were gone and fainted and never woke up again. Everyone lived happily ever after.
