A pancake feed and t-shirt fundraiser has been organized in hopes to help a selfless Orchard resident’s battle with cancer.
There will be a pancake feed, bake sale, and silent auction held on Saturday, September 16th at the Royal Gym to help support Randy Boelter. The meal will take place from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., with the live auction beginning at 7 p.m.
In August, Randy Boelter was diagnosed with a fast growing, incurable colon cancer. However, to extend his life expectancy, Randy will begin taking chemo treatments to help shrink the tumors. Due to the medical expenses and lack of health insurance, each donation is greatly appreciated.
Along with the feed, Team Randy shirts are available to order. The cost of the shirts are $15 with adult and children sizes available. You can return your order and money to Heather Jackson or Louann Nelson.
Several individuals and businesses throughout the community have made huge contributions to these benefits, and the family is very grateful. If you would like to donation, please contact Lisa Janak (402.358.0566), Lucas Nelson (402.394.1360), or Lori Boelter (402.842.2222).
