Cyclones Go 2-0 As A Team At O-C Triangular Thursday

Clearwater-Orchard hosted an early-season triangular Thursday night in Orchard and had to have come away with an added confidence.

The Cyclones hosted Elgin Public/Pope John and St. Mary's, coming away with wins against both teams. They took down the Wolfpack 36-30 and the Cardinals 39-9.

Highlighting the night for the Cyclones were Seth Lampert, who earned wins over Geoffrey Carr of EPPJ and Tate Shoemaker of St. Mary's, and Austin Pokorny, who earned his first win of the year with a pin over St. Mary's Matt Schneider.

Zach Hoffman and Jaccob Bennett both came away with a win each on the night.
