Funeral Services for Linda Fischer age 75 of Brunswick, NE will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at Grace Lutheran Church in Neligh, NE with Pastor Daniel Feusse, Officiating. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at Snider Memorial Funeral Home in Clearwater, NE. Burial will be at Concordia Lutheran Cemetery rural Clearwater, NE. Linda Lou Fischer was born on November 13, 1941 to Adolph and Carolyn (Schlecht) Sanne at their home near Clearwater, NE. She attended rural country school and Clearwater High School. She then went to college at Northeast in Norfolk for dietary. On May 20, 1973; she was united in marriage to Lin Fischer at Neligh.

Linda worked at Antelope Memorial Hospital as Dietary Manager until 2009. She also did a lot of decorating cakes through the years. She enjoyed spending her time with her family and grandkids. She also liked to do oil painting, collecting Noah Ark, canning, making pies, camping, fishing, and gardening. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, member of Pork Producers, and District #4 School Board Member. 

Survived by her husband, Lin Fischer of Brunswick, NE. Children: Dave (Deanna) Legate of Norfolk, NE; Lori (Joe) Beckman of Elgin, NE; Tammy (Rob) Thompson of Kenesaw, NE; Brian (Teresa) Legate of Neligh, NE; Chellie (Dan) McElhaney of Royal, NE; Jennifer (Randy) Snodgrass of Pierce, NE; Matt Fischer or Brunswick, NE; Jason (Melissa) Fischer of Brunswick, NE; Debbie (Kenny) Schwager of Orchard, NE; and Angie (Bill) Miller of Oakdale, NE. 31 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. Brothers and Sisters: Ron Sanne of Clearwater, NE; Lynette Rang of Orchard, NE; Gloria (Ed) Nielsen of Norfolk, NE; and Terry (DeeAnn) Sanne of Clearwater, NE. Brother-in-law: LeRoy (Pam) Ernst of Lincoln, NE. Several nieces, nephews, and family.
Preceded in death by parents, son-in-law, Stacy Snodgrass, Sister Donna Ernst, sister-in-law Helen Sanne, brother-in-law Vernon Rang.
