Tilden Man Allegedly Resists Arrest, Obstructs Officer

A Tilden man was arrested late Friday morning along Highway 275 on the east edge of Neligh and is facing multiple charges, including obstructing an officer and resisting arrest. 

According to Antelope County Attorney Joe Abler, the Neligh Police Department responded to a call involving property damage at a Neligh convenience store. The individual involved was identified as 29-year-old Andrew Paulsen of Tilden.

Abler said the Antelope County Sheriff's Department stopped Paulsen's vehicle shortly after the call and found drug paraphernalia in his possession. Paulsen was arrested and transported to the Antelope County Law Enforcement Center, where he is facing multiple charges, including disturbing the peace, criminal mischief, obstructing an officer and resisting arrest.
