N-O Students Have The Beat At Drumline Camp

Neligh-Oakdale students are feeling the beat at drumline camp in Neligh this week.

During the camp, they switched between playing various types of drums. Students received guidance and instruction from special drumline clinician Michael Klee. N-O student Sadie Heckert helped some of the younger students as well.

Instead of a drumline performance this year, parents are welcome to come, take pictures and videos and watch their children perform on Friday during their specific times.  

High school drumline students will jam out Friday from 7-8:50 a.m., followed by drumset lessons for high school students from 9-9:50 a.m.

Junior high drumline and drumset lessons will go from 10-11:50 a.m. and noon to 12:50 p.m., respectively.

Drumline for sixth graders will kick off from 2-3:50 p.m. and drumset lessons last from 4-4:50 p.m.
