Dr. Kelli Osborn To Begin Work At Antelope Memorial Next Week

Dr. Kelli Osborn is joining the medical staff at Antelope Memorial Hospital.

Originally from rural Tilden, Osborn is a 2008 graduate of Elkhorn Valley High School in Tilden. She attended college at the University of Nebraska at Kearney for three years, graduating in May 2011. Dr. Osborn then attended medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC), graduating in May 2015. She recently completed her medical residency through UNMC’s rural training tract on November 13.

This month, Dr. Osborn also passed her boards to become a board-certified physician in Family Medicine.  Board certification demonstrates her exceptional expertise, skills and experience to provide quality care in Family Medicine. She officially begins her career at AMH on Friday, Nov. 30.  
 
“I am very excited to start practicing at Antelope Memorial Hospital this month,” said Dr. Osborn. “I chose AMH because of the many positive experiences I had when completing different rotations there as a med student. I loved how open and helpful the medical staff was. Plus, I truly enjoyed the full-spectrum of medical treatments and procedures I could participate in at AMH. They ranged from c-sections to colonoscopies to treating colds and flus ‒ as well as managing chronic medical conditions such as high blood pressure and diabetes. I also have a special interest in obstetrics and acquired extra training throughout my residency. I look forward to offering obstetrical services at AMH in the future.”

I was very impressed with the long-term loyalty and commitment providers have had towards AMH through the years, added Osborn. It speaks highly of AMH’s leadership and staff as well as the atmosphere found there.

Dr. Roger Rudloff and Dr. Troy Dawson began their careers at AMH in May and July 1997, respectively. Patti Good, APRN, later joined AMH’s medical staff in February 1999. Other providers who joined the medical staff more recently are Ashley Niewohner, APRN (July 2016) and Angela Sucha, PA-C (September 2017). Together, they provide coverage at AMH Family Practice Clinics located in Neligh, Elgin, Tilden, Clearwater and Orchard.

Kelli and her husband, Joe, have been married five years and reside with their family in rural Meadow Grove. Joe is a farmer and tends to their family farm. Their children include their beloved daughter, Grace Elaine (born stillborn in July 2015), son, Timothy Harold (age 2), and daughter, Emma Grace (age 7 months).

Kelli’s parents, Kenneth and Jeanne Oelsligle, reside in rural Tilden. Kelli has four sisters and two brothers. Joe’s parents, Kirk and Cindy Osborn, reside in rural Meadow Grove. Joe has one brother and one sister. Kelli’s hobbies include spending time with family, reading and running.
