AMH Health Fair Planned In Front Lobby On Wednesday

The Antelope Memorial Hospital Health Fair will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 15 in the hospital's front lobby.

Hours for the event will be 6 a.m. to noon and 5 to 9 p.m.

There will be specials on flu shots (protects against 4 strains) for $35; PSA (for men) for $25; and a hemogram, chemistry and lipid panel for $50 (fasting is required for at least 12 hours prior).

Ladies who have their mammograms in October will receive a free wine glass. Those having a mammogram on Oct. 15 from 5 to 9 p.m. may sample wine and cheese as well.

Free BMI/body fat checks will be taken from 6 to 10 a.m., as well as free blood pressure and glucose checks and sleep screenings. 

Numerous AMH departments will be on hand to provide health education, and local pharmacies, dental services and optometry services will also be represented.

Apples and healthy snack ideas will be available. Attendees will be entered into prize drawings.
