Endangered Missing Advisories: 1-Year-Old, 2-Year-Old Boys

Endangered Missing Advisories to determine the whereabouts of toddlers Stanley Skidmore and Franklin Blakely has been cancelled  as of Wednesday evening. According to the Nebraska State Patrol, they have been found safe in Utah.

The Sidney Police Department is attempting to locate Stanley Skidmore, a bi-racial male child, 2 years old with black hair and brown eyes. Skidmore was last seen in Sidney on October 6th, direction of travel unknown. Skidmore is accompanied by 1 year old Franklin Blakely, Donald Winslow, age 45 and Cherokee Blakely, age 24. The Sidney Police Department believes they may be endangered. They were last seen in a blue Chrysler mini-van with Iowa license plates GBK096. Blakely was last seen in Sidney on October 6th, direction of travel unknown. Blakely is accompanied by 2 year old Stanley Skidmore, Donald Winslow, age 45 and Cherokee Blakely, age 24. The Sidney Police Department believes they may be endangered. They were was last seen in a blue Chrysler mini-van with Iowa license plates GBK096.
