Wolfpack Competes In Norfolk Classic Track Meet Thursday

Three members of the Wolfpack track team competed in the Norfolk Classic on Thursday.

Taylor Shumacher earned fourth place in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:31.87. She had the seventh fastest qualifying time (2:32.81) heading into the elite track meet.

Blake Schrage placed sixth in the 300 meter hurdles, finishing in 43.04. His time of 43.13 seconds was the sixth fastest coming into the meet.

Ryan Pelster finished the 3200 meter run in 10:41.68, improving his qualifying time (10:48.73) by seven seconds. He was listed in tenth heading into the meet.
