Sunday's BBQ, Coronation To Begin Pope John Homecoming

Pope John XXIII Central Catholic High School will be celebrating its 2014 Homecoming this week.
Coronation ceremonies will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 28 in the St. Boniface Gym. 

King candidates are Jack Borer, Regan Kerkman, Jon Meis, Zachary Eischeid, Trent Bauer and Evan Schindler; and queen candidates are Morgan Childers, Brienne Gossman, Kayla Nelson, Baylie Schiltmeyer and Taylor Schumacher.

On Sunday there will also be a post prom BBQ from 5 to 7 p.m. in the St. Boniface Church basement prior to Coronation in the gym. Other activities at Coronation will be a volleyball competition and Minute to Win it games among the classes.

There will be a competition among the Houses to see which which House shows the most spirit, based on participation in the dress up days.
