EPPJ, N-O, O-C Compete At West Holt Golf Invitational

Kyle Heithoff was one-stroke out of first place Saturday while EPPJ finished four shots behind Neligh-Oakdale in the team race at the West Holt Invite.

At the Atkinson Stuart Country Club, Creighton edged O’Neill 337-338 for the team title. The Warriors shot a 341 for fourth place while EPPJ carded a 345. Clearwater-Orchard finished in eighth with a 393.

Individually, Creighton’s Chase Largen won with a 75. Heithoff shot a 76. 

Neligh-Oakdale had three golfers finish in the top 15. Chris Bentley and Chase Kallhoff both shot 83s while Brady Kallhoff finished with an 86. Rounding out the scoring were Cody Madsen, 89, and Garett Allemang, 94.

Heithoff led the way for the Wolfpack, followed by Chad Bode, 89; Miles Schrage, 90; Liam Heithoff, 90; and Regan Kerkman, 101.

The Cyclones were led by Trevor Mlnarik with a 93, followed by Tyson Peed, 95; Cameron Bolling, 101; Zach Martin, 104; and Keelie Meyer, 105.
