Three Cyclones Named To D1-7 All-District Football Team

After a 2016 football season that ended in the playoffs, the Clearwater-Orchard football squad now boasts three players among the best in the district.

The D1-7 All-District Football Team was announced recently. On the first team, Creston Bertschinger and Travis Kerkman were both honored for their outstanding seasons. Bertschinger led the Cyclones with 674 yards of total offense along with 10 touchdowns and 84 tackles on defense. Kerkman was the leading receiver for Clearwater-Orchard with 297 yards and five touchdowns. He also accumulated 105 total tackles and five sacks.

Dominic Bolling was also honored as he was named honorable mention. Bolling finished the year with 72 tackles and six sacks.
