O-C Wins; Elgin Public Is Runner Up At NVC Speech Meet

Antelope County speech team members collected more than 50 medals in the NVC East Speech Tournament in Elgin on Monday. 

Clearwater-Orchard won the team sweepstakes in the 8-team tournament held at Elgin Pope John.

Elgin Public was the runner up; Neligh-Oakdale finished in fourth; Pope John was sixth and Elkhorn Valley was seventh.
