O-C, EPPJ, EV Compete In Golf Quad On Tuesday

Elgin Public/ Pope John, Ewing, Elkhorn Valley and the O-C Cyclones met at Summerland Golf Course for a golf meet Tuesday.  

The team standings were led by the Cyclones with a 192 for the day. Ewing was second at 193, and EPPJ was third with a 194. Elkhorn Valley did not have a full team for this meet.   

"Being the first meet of the year, the scores overall were a little high, but Robert Nordby of Ewing and Aaron Hauf of Clearwater/Orchard were the exceptions as they shot 40 and 41, respectfully," O-C Coach Bill Tabbert said. "Kyle Heithoff of EPPJ was next with a 42."

Individual Scores:

O-C: Aaron Hauf 41, Tate Schutt 49, Jacob Tabbert 50, Riley Snider 52, Zach Martin, 56.


Ewing: Robert Nordby 40, Matthew Kurpgeweit 49, Ben Ramold 51, Blake Cunningham 53,  Mathias Jensen, 58.


EPPJ:  Kyle Heithoff 42, Chad Bode 47, Miles Schrage 51, Regan Kerkamn 54, Jack Borer, 58


Elkhorn Valley: John Hupp 58 and Adam Potter, 63
  
In Junior Varsity, the Cyclones shot 236, led by Cameron Bolling's 55. EPPJ shot a 239 and Ewing, 274.
