Funk, Trease Medal For Clearwater-Orchard In State Speech

Two Clearwater-Orchard students earned medals today at the state speech meet. 

Katie Funk and Sara Trease both finished in the top six to lead the Cyclone speech team on Friday at the Class C2 state meet held at the University of Nebraska-Kearney. 

Funk placed third in entertainment while Trease was fifth in poetry. 

Also competing at state for Clearwater-Orchard were Hanna Cronk, Mallory Cooper and Sean Krebs
