Cyclones Win Final Home Game; Raise Money At Red Out

The Cyclones showed a lot of heart on Friday night, as they won their final home game of the season and raised more than $1,000 for the American Heart Association.

Those who have battled heart problems were honored prior to the boys' final regular season game at home. The Cyclones raised $1,052 for the American Heart Association and encouraged fans to show their support by wearing red.

Clearwater-Orchard rolled to a 58-38 win over Boyd County, ending the regular season with a victory and marking the final home game for seniors Trevor Mlnarik and Spencer Volden.

Andy Kerkman posted a double double as he led the Cyclones with 23 points and 20 rebounds. Mlnarik added 11 points and Jagger Smith had 10. Click here for full stats.

Subdistrict action begins for top-seeded O-C on Tuesday when they take on the winner of #4 CWC and #5 North Central. Tip off is set for 6 p.m. in Neligh.
