Cyclones Set Track Records Despite Windy Conditions

The Cyclones came out to compete on a windy day, according to Coach Shannon Schumacher.

Clearwater-Orchard track teams traveled to the Hartington Invitational last Tuesday.

"The girls and boys put up some PR’s (personal records) and even a couple of Cyclone records, despite the wind," he said.  

Jagger Smith was the top finisher for the Cyclone boys, earning second place in the high jump with a height of 5’8,” just narrowly missing 5’10”. For the girls, Kylie Thele brought home the gold in the 400 meter dash with a personal best and a Cyclone record of 61.46 seconds.
