Clearwater To Receive $28,075 From A Development Grant

The village of Clearwater was among three Nebraska communiriwa to receive a grant totaling $83,000.

The grants are part of Nebraska’s annual allocation of Community Development Block Grant funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Funds are administered by Department of Economic Development.

Clearwater will receive $28,075 to update its comprehensive plan and zoning and regulations, and conduct housing and blight studies.

Schuyler and Roca were the other two communities to receive funding.
