Clearwater Celebrates With An Old Fashioned Christmas

From s'mores and hayrack rides to soup and, of course, Santa - it was a great turnout Saturday night for Clearwater's Old Fashioned Christmas celebration. 

Hosted by the Clearwater Chamber of Commerce, the event was moved from Sunday to Saturday this year and coincided with The Golden Tones performance at 7:30 p.m. 

"We do this every year the first part of December," said Jeremy Sanne. "We have hayrack rides, Santa and lot of great things. This year we have the Golden Tones right after, and it's really nice to have that."

Santa Claus also made an appearance at the American Legion for the event. After visiting with Santa, children also received a bag of goodies and gift-wrapped book.
