Two Antelope County runners qualified for the state cross country meet with top 15 finishes in the D-4 district meet Thursday.
Freshman Alison Stineman and senior Austin Miller, both of Elkhorn Valley, will represent their school at the Nebraska State Cross Country Championships in Kearney next week. The girls race will begin at noon on Friday, and the boys will start at 1 p.m. Click here for state information. In their district races, Stineman crossed the finish line in 5th place with a time of 21:58.9, and Miller fought his way to 6th place in a time of 18:06.9.
