![]() Both Highway 275 east of Oakdale and Highway 70 west of Elgin are now open to two-lane traffic with few remnants of a flood as of Friday afternoon. According to the Nebraska Department of Roads (NDOR) at 3:30 p.m. Friday, neither highway was being monitored by the state. Both highways experienced flash flooding early this morning after 4-6 inches of rain fell overnight in southern Antelope County.
