Antelope County Brings Home 6 Medals At State Track Meet

Antelope County schools sent 25 athletes to compete at the state track meet at Omaha Burke High School Friday and Saturday.

Those athletes were able to combine to bring home six medals from the competition.

Among the top performers on the day was Elkhorn Valley's Ranee Keehn. Keehn finished off a strong meet for the Falcons, placing second in the triple jump with a jump of 35'5".

Other Antelope County medalists include: Noah Rutjens in the triple jump, Jagger Smith in both the high jump and long jump, Alexis Pokorny in the high jump, and the Elkhorn Valley boys 400 meter relay team.
