What is your favorite pre-game or pre-match ritual? Listening to pump-up music to get my blood flowing.

What is your favorite practice drill and why? Underhook series and any single leg, because I am the best at those and understand those moves the best.

What advice would you offer younger athletes? Always try your hardest no matter what. Things will pay off in the end.
