For prospective bikers, local law enforcement has asked us to underline their concerns that Hwy 14, the main access road from the the town of Neligh, is a hilly, two-lane road with no shoulder. (See video above.) We anticipate heavy car traffic on Hwy 14, as well as Hwy 275 through Neligh, from 9am to 8pm on Sept. 27.
The final 2/3 mile from Hwy 14 to the farm is graded gravel road, with loose gravel on the edges, no shoulder. Bikes may need to be walked this distance. (See video above.)
Given these concerns, we are not able to promote traveling by bicycle as strongly as we’d like, but we can offer
Bike Valet Parking: Drop your bike off at main parking entrance; retrieve after the show
If you are planning to bike or know others who are, we are asking you to relay this info. Also, please email email@example.com with the number of people in your party you expect to travel by bike to the concert.
FREE: Bring a re-fillable (empty) water bottle from home, or purchase a souvenir water cup at the show for $5. There will be free water fountains from which you can drink directly, or fill your re-fillable or souvenir cup.
