Up to five inches of snow is possible this evening and Monday morning as temperatures continue to fall.
The National Weather Service has issued as Winter Weather Advisory from 7 p.m. tonight until 9 a.m. Monday. Although some sleet and light snow is possible, more steady snow and potentially sleet are expected to develop late this afternoon. By the evening, all precipitation will be snow.
North and northwest winds of 15-30 mph are expected. The heavy wet snow will cause roadways to become slushy and snowpacked, creating hazardous conditions.
