A Friday night trip to Bloomfield turned out to be a fruitful one for the Neligh-Oakdale boys, as they got back to their winning ways.
The boys dominated the first quarter against the Bees, 16-1. That set the tone for the rest of the game as they cruised to a 51-35 victory.
Three Warriors ended the night in double figures, led by Hunter Charf's 15. Cole Belitz added 14 and Austin Rice posted a double-double of 13 points and 14 rebounds.
Earlier in the night, the Lady Warriors weren't quite as fortunate as they struggled through the first half of a 49-31 loss.
Trinity Kurpgeweit led Neligh-Oakdale on the night, putting up a game-high 13 points and pulling in six rebounds. Paige Furstenau added seven points and Bailey Frey accounted for four points and four assists.
