Facing 10 felony charges, including three counts of first degree sexual assault of a child, Darryl Lierman was released on bond Wednesday evening.
According to Antelope County Sheriff Bob Moore, Lierman bonded out at 7:30 p.m. on 10 percent of his $50,000 bond. The bond was original set at $500,000 but was reduced three times - to $200,000, then $100,000 and finally to $50,000 on January 27.
Lierman can have no contact with anyone under the age of 18. He also cannot be in possession of fire arms, alcohol or drugs. He cannot reside at 508 W 10th Street in Neligh. He has three days to report where he will be living, which cannot have minors as residents.
Lierman is charged with three counts of first degree sexual assault of a child (class 1B felonies), three counts of third degree sexual assault of a child and four counts of child abuse (class IIIA felonies).
He was arrested at his home in Neligh on July 14.
