The Antelope County Zoning Board voted to change the wind regulations Monday morning.
The setback was changed to 1000 ft. for participating land owners and a 2000 ft. setback for non-participating land owners. The setback would be from the nearest corner of the residence to the nearest corner of the wind tower.
According to Zoning Administrator Char Carpenter, it was originally a 1000 ft setback for everyone regardless of participation.
