The Neligh-Oakdale track teams excelled at the Clarkson/Leigh Invitational held in Madison on Monday.
The Lady Warriors took home the team championship, scoring 183 points.
Hayley Snodgrass improved her current 9th spot on the school's Top 10 charts in the discus; Alexis Jensen moved to 6th in the 100 meter dash and 7th in the 200 meter dash; and Kayla Wright moved to 10th in the long jump.
Personal records were set by Kaylee Chance in the 100 meter hurdles, triple jump, and 400 meter dash; Whitney Beacom in the 300 meter hurdles; Abbi Payne in the discus; Madi Ertz in the 100 meter dash and 200 meter dash; Danae Smith in the 400 meter dash; and Kelsey Green in the 200 meter dash.
The boys were the runner-up in the meet. Thirteen boys earned personal bests with gold medals by Zach Miller in the high jump; Colby Wilkinson, 200 meter dash; Michael Peinke, 1600 meter run; and 4x100 relay (Grant White, Alex Orozco, Zach Miller and Colby Wilkinson).
