Tuesday morning's Antelope County Supervisors meeting held discussion of bridge bids, zoning administration report, purchasing of an excavator and a six month moratorium resolution for the wind towers.
A Substance Abuse Prevention Coordinator presented the option of businesses and organizations receiving free training on responsibly serving beverages. Whitney Abbot from the North Central District Health Department came to the meeting with statistics to show the benefits of a Responsible Beverage Server Training Class. Greg Koinzan suggested that the fair boards and others involved are informed of this opportunity.
The board reviewed and accepted the zoning administration report and roads and bridges report.
Bids for bridges were voted on with Midwest Service and Sales Company in Schuyler winning the Brunswick Northeast Project.
The board also decided to put an ad in the papers for the purchase of a new excavator.
