The Neligh-Oakdale High School marching band earned 6th place out of 25 Class C entries in the Harvest of Harmony Parade.
The parade was held in Grand Island on Saturday.
"I'm very proud of the effort the band gave this season!" Director Nate Metschke said. "Students made great strides and our marching band is moving in the right direction! The feedback we received from the judges was the best I've ever had, they gave some great suggestions I jotted down to make sure I address them next season! The future is sound and we will be ready to hit the streets next August!"
