Performances are scheduled on Friday, April 11 at 7 p.m., Saturday, April 12 at 7 p.m., and Sunday, April 13 at 1:30 p.m.
"The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde," an adaptation of a classic novella by Robert Louis Stevenson, will be a full-length play that runs close to two hours.
In the play, Dr. Jekyll is convinced he can create a serum that separates man’s evil side from his good side, and when he succeeds in this endeavor, he becomes his evil alter ego, Mr. Hyde. Hyde commits atrocities that the mild-mannered Jekyll would never conceive of doing. Dead bodies multiply, and in the end Hyde gets his just desserts, and Jekyll must pay the penalty as well. It is being directed by Tammy Marshall and Nicole Schmitz.
