The Neligh-Oakdale Boy's Basketball Team spent last Saturday in Cordova. They helped the community clean up after a tornado hit the town on Mother's day.
The assistant boy's basketball coach, Ethan Larsen's parents live in Cordova. The team spent Saturday clearing 27 trees that were blown down from the F-3 tornado.
Larsen's parents, Lance and Jackie Larsen, lost some property in the storm but their house was saved. Five homes in the community were destroyed.
