The Neligh-Oakdale gym was filled with pink Tuesday night as the Lady Warriors hosted their annual "Pink Out" game for breast cancer awareness.
Before the varsity game, the Lady Warriors stormed onto the court as they ran through a sign held up by booster club members.
But Creighton was undeterred as they came out hitting and took an early lead in the first set. The Lady Bulldogs went on to win the set, 25-13.
In the second set, Neligh-Oakdale picked up some momentum from some tough serving and strong net play. The Lady Warriors rolled to a 25-23 victory.
Neligh-Oakdale struggled to get anything going in the third set and fell 25-7. The final set was a battle back-and-forth with long volleys and scrappy play on both sides of the net. Creighton eventually got the win, 25-21.
The Lady Warriors are now 2-8 on the season. They will travel to Ewing on Thursday to play the 9-8 Lady Tigers.
