The Lady Cyclones went 1-1 Tuesday night in their home triangular. Undefeated St. Mary's swept the triangular with wins over Plainview and O-C. St. Mary's topped Clearwater-Orchard in two sets, 25-12 and 25-9. "The girls may have lost this game but they did a lot of things right," Coach Shelly Mlnarik said. "St. Mary's is number one in wildcard points for a reason. I thought our girls came out and hit hard. They worked the net and they did a great job on serve receive." Clearwater-Orchard picked up another win when they defeated Plainview in straight sets, 25-12 and 27-25. "The girls came out strong," Mlnarik said. "They played a little flat toward the second set, but turned it on the last 3 points and came out on top."
