Three men appearing for Antelope County District Court tested positive for methamphetamine and were jailed.
Cody Luscomb, Jacob Humphrey and Christopher Brady each failed their drug test by testing positive for methamphetamine when they made their court appearances on Wednesday morning. They were given an urine analysis at the courthouse.
Judge James Kube revoked each man's bond for violating its conditions and incarcerated them in the Antelope County Jail.
"I'm going to remand you to the custody of the Antelope County Sheriff," the judge said. "You will remain incarcerated until you test negative."
Judge Kube was visibly upset by their actions.
"I don't set bonds for people so they can go out and use drugs," he said. "That doesn't buy you any brownie points."
